certainty the highly hazardous chems..r rally barring brain development of infants......obvsly coz the most sestitive part of the body is brain.........that get immdtly affected by environmental harms.............. the major contributorz to the silly complexz r vehicals throwin poisonous smoke n lead batteries...............
