Really there are lots of sunscreen lotions with varying SPF. But using it in the right way gives you the best benefit. The tips provided are of great help.

Also, you should not forget to take an ample quantity of sunscreen. Ideally, take about an ounce of sunscreen and slather it all over your body. Make sure you rub in a thick layer.
