I would have to agree. The two simplest things people can do–sun protection and drinking water–seem to be the hardest behaviors to change.

Wow! It was an unfold truth. I waste 10% of my salary on costly anti-wrinkle creams, although I can’t find any kind of improvement in my skin texture.
